    A trade’s profit or loss tells only part of the story. The setup, timing, reasoning, and execution matter too. ZenvoJournal brings those details together so you can review what happened and understand the decisions behind your results.

    Our purpose is to make regular trade review easier: keep a consistent record, identify patterns in your own data, and give each decision the context it deserves.

    Terms of Service

    1. Acceptance of these terms

    These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of ZenvoJournal (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

    2. What ZenvoJournal provides

    ZenvoJournal helps you record and review your trading activity. Its features include:

    • Trade logging, journal entries, and chart screenshots
    • Performance analytics, reports, and trade insights
    • Risk tracking, prop-firm tools, and trading guardrails
    • Strategy tracking and execution reviews
    • Economic calendar information and news alerts

    Features may be updated over time. ZenvoJournal does not execute trades or manage funds on your behalf.

    3. Your account

    You must provide accurate, complete account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for protecting your sign-in credentials and for activity carried out through your account.

    Do not share your password or allow unauthorized access to your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, change your credentials and report the issue through the Service.

    4. Acceptable use

    You agree to use the Service lawfully and responsibly. You must not:

    • Use the Service for unlawful activity or encourage others to break the law
    • Upload content that infringes another person’s copyright, privacy, or other rights
    • Upload threatening, abusive, hateful, or sexually explicit material
    • Introduce malicious software, disrupt the Service, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems
    • Bypass access controls or misuse the Service’s features

    You are responsible for the content you upload and must have permission to use any third-party material included in it.

    5. Your data and privacy

    You retain ownership of the trading records, journal entries, screenshots, and other content you submit. You grant ZenvoJournal permission to store and process that content as needed to provide the Service, including cloud sync, analytics, and support.

    Account information is used to authenticate users and operate the Service. Access controls help protect saved data, but no storage or transmission method can guarantee complete security. Keep your own copies of important records.

    6. Subscriptions and payments

    Available subscription terms are three months, six months, and one year. The applicable price and plan duration are displayed before you activate a plan.

    The current checkout operates in demo mode: no payment is collected, and card details are not sent or stored. If paid subscriptions become available, the billing and renewal conditions will be shown before purchase.

    For paid plans, fees are payable in advance for the selected subscription term and are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or stated otherwise at purchase. Changes affecting the price of an existing subscription will be communicated at least 30 days in advance. Access may be suspended if a required payment is not completed.

    7. Limitation of liability

    To the extent permitted by applicable law, ZenvoJournal and its operators, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. This includes lost profits, lost data, loss of access, and loss of goodwill.

    Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

    8. Trading risk and service disclaimer

    Trading risk warning. Trading financial instruments carries a substantial risk of loss and may not be suitable for everyone. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You remain responsible for your trading decisions.

    ZenvoJournal is a journaling and analytics tool. Its charts, insights, risk tools, and alerts are provided for review and information; they are not investment advice, trade signals, or a guarantee of profitability.

    The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all information will be complete, accurate, or current.

    9. Ending your use of the Service

    You may stop using the Service at any time and request account closure through its support options. Stopping use does not by itself cancel any payment obligations already incurred.

    We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the Service, or create a security risk. Where appropriate and permitted by law, we may act without prior notice.

    When access ends, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions relating to ownership, outstanding payment obligations, disclaimers, and liability continue to apply where relevant.

    10. Updates to these terms

    We may revise these terms as the Service evolves. The date at the top identifies the latest update. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email, with any notice or consent required by applicable law.

    Continuing to use the Service after revised terms take effect means you accept them. If you do not accept the changes, stop using the Service.

    1. Information we collect

    Account information

    When you register, we collect your email address and username or display name. Sign-in credentials are processed by Firebase Authentication. Your password is not stored as plain text in your trading records. If you sign in with Google, we receive the account information needed to identify you and create your profile.

    Trading data

    We store the information you choose to enter, including trade details, strategies, journal notes, emotions, ratings, chart screenshots, and prop-firm account information. We also store your settings and subscription status and calculate performance metrics from your records.

    Usage and technical information

    Usage information may include page views, session activity, and browser or device details. The app uses Firebase Analytics where supported to understand how the service is used. Error reports and messages you submit through the app help us diagnose problems and respond to requests.

    2. How we use your information

    We use the information we collect to:

    • Provide your account, trading journal, and cloud sync
    • Calculate performance metrics and generate insights from your trading records
    • Manage account verification, subscription access, and service communications
    • Understand usage, resolve problems, and improve features
    • Protect accounts and maintain the security of the service
    • Meet applicable legal obligations

    3. When information may be shared

    We do not sell or rent your personal information. Information may be shared in the following circumstances:

    • With your consent or at your request
    • With providers that operate authentication, storage, hosting, and analytics for the service, including Google Firebase
    • When necessary to comply with applicable law, a valid legal request, or a court order
    • When necessary to protect the rights, security, or safety of ZenvoJournal and its users
    • As part of a merger, acquisition, or transfer of the service, with notice where required

    Service providers process information under their applicable service and data-protection terms.

    4. Data security

    ZenvoJournal uses account authentication, access controls, and cloud-service protections to help safeguard your information. Account permissions restrict access to saved trading records and settings.

    Our authentication and data-storage services are provided by Firebase. You can read more about its protections and data handling in Firebase’s privacy and security information.

    No online service or storage method can guarantee complete security. Protect your sign-in credentials, sign out on shared devices, and keep copies of important trading records.

    5. Your rights and choices

    Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:

    • Access the personal information held about you
    • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
    • Request deletion of your personal information
    • Receive a portable copy of eligible data
    • Request restrictions on certain processing activities
    • Object to certain uses of your information

    You can update available account details in Settings, edit or delete trading records, and export available trade records as CSV through the app’s export tools. For other privacy requests, use the app’s support options. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

    6. How long we keep information

    We retain information for as long as it is needed to provide the service, maintain account records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations.

    When a deletion request is fulfilled, information is removed or anonymized unless continued retention is required or permitted by law. Deletion timing can vary by data type and service provider; backup copies and technical logs may remain for a limited period under the provider’s retention practices.

    Information that has been anonymized so it can no longer identify you may be retained to understand usage and improve the service.

    7. Cookies and browser storage

    ZenvoJournal and its service providers use cookies and similar browser-storage technologies to:

    • Keep you signed in and manage authentication
    • Remember preferences such as your selected theme
    • Measure usage and understand how the service performs
    • Support account security and abuse prevention

    You can manage cookies and stored site data through your browser’s settings. Blocking or clearing these technologies may sign you out, reset preferences, or prevent some features from working.

    8. International data processing

    Our service providers may store or process information in countries other than the one where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection rules.

    Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, those requirements apply to the handling of your information, including the relevant provider’s data-processing terms.

    9. Children’s privacy

    ZenvoJournal is intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

    If you believe a child has provided personal information through the service, report it through the app’s support options so we can investigate and remove the information where appropriate.

    10. Changes to this policy

    We may update this Privacy Policy as our features or data practices change. The latest version will appear here with an updated date.

    Material changes will be communicated through the service or another appropriate channel, with any additional notice or consent required by law. Please review this policy periodically.

    Platform limitations

    We work to make ZenvoJournal useful and reliable, but we cannot guarantee:

    • That every calculation, metric, or insight is completely accurate
    • Uninterrupted access or continuous availability
    • Error-free operation of every feature
    • Compatibility with every browser, device, trading platform, or broker

    Guardrails and alerts support your review process; they cannot prevent trading losses or ensure that you follow a trading plan.

    Your responsibilities

    When using ZenvoJournal, you are responsible for:

    • Checking the accuracy and completeness of the data you enter
    • Making independent trading decisions and assessing whether a trade suits your circumstances
    • Understanding the products you trade, including their leverage and potential losses

    • Protecting your account credentials and keeping copies of important records

    Regulatory information

    ZenvoJournal provides software for recording and analyzing trades. It does not provide brokerage, custody, or personalized investment advisory services, and using the platform does not create an adviser-client relationship.

    Financial-services and trading rules differ between countries. You are responsible for understanding the requirements that apply to your location and activities. Use an appropriately qualified professional when you need guidance on those requirements.

    Data accuracy

    Analytics depend on the records you enter and the information available to the service. Missing entries, incorrect values, delayed updates, or changes in a provider’s feed can affect the results you see.

    Economic calendar information, calculations, and insights are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that they are accurate, complete, or current. Verify important information independently before relying on it for a trading decision.

    Third-party services

    Some features depend on third-party services or data providers, including the economic calendar. Those providers control their own availability, content, and service terms.

    We cannot guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or security of a third-party service. Provider-specific issues may need to be raised with the relevant provider; issues with ZenvoJournal can be reported through the app’s support options.

    Limitation of liability

    To the extent permitted by applicable law, ZenvoJournal and its operators, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages connected with:

    • Your use of, or inability to use, the platform
